Pradeep Ghimirey (Co-Founder, Managing Director) Pradeep completed his BTech in Electronics and Communication from NIT Trichy. Following his passion towards wireless communication, he worked under the guidance of Prof. Ashok Jhunjhunwala towards designing cost effective solution for last mile wireless access along with Hrushikesh. His interest lies in designing cost effective wireless solutions to help bridge the digital divide. |

Nickle Sitoula (Chief Executive Officer) Nickle completed B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from NIT Warangal. After his B.Tech he joined Qualcomm India and worked there for 1 and half years. Following his passion towards wireless communication and experience in Qualcomm, he joined Transmete Network solutions as a CEO in January 2009. |

Hrushikesh Mehendale (Co-Founder, Director) Hrushikesh completed B.E. from Pune University and has been working at IIT Madras since then. He has two years of research experience in Wi-Fi and a patent pending. He was involved in the inception and design of the "WiFi for last mile" solution along with Pradeep. He is is always fascinated by the prospect of engineering a new idea into reality. His interests are more or less confined to the technology domain. |

Dr. Ashok Jhunjhunwala Dr. Ashok Jhunjhunwala leads the Telecommunication and Computer Networks Group(TeNeT) at IIT Madras. This group works with industry in the development of technologies relevant to India. It has incubated several technology companies which work in partnership with TeNeT group to develop Telecom and Banking products for Indian Urban and Rural Markets. He chairs Rural Technology and Business Incubator(RTBI) at IIT Madras and Mobile Payment Forum of India(MPFI). He was awarded the Padma Shri (Civilian Honor by the Govt. of India) in the year 2002. Dr. Jhunjhunwala is a Director in the Board of State Bank of India, TTML, BEL, Polaris, 3i Infotech, Sasken, Tejas, IDRBT and Tata Communications. He is member of Prime Minister's Scientific Advisory Committee. |

Mr. Shirish Purohit Shirish B Purohit is a founding director and currently the CEO of Midas. He has a strong track record in managing development activities in the technology space and in managing a company through its early evolution. He has over 15 years of experience managing design and development activities in industrial automation, monitoring & control systems, telecom and networking products. Prior to Midas, Shirish founded Texel Systems, in 1987, which specialized in automating test and measurement systems. In 1994, he co-founded Midas. Shirish holds a Bachelor's Degree in electrical power & electronics from REC, Nagpur and an M.Tech in electrical engineering from IIT Madras. He specialized in integrated circuits and systems design. |

Dr. K. Giridhar Dr. K. Giridhar is a professor in the Electrical Engineering Department at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras, Chennai and also a member of the TeNeT Group. He is also actively involved in various broadband wireless research activities in co-operation with the Center of Excellence in Wireless Technology (CEWiT). |
